UPDATE 12:17 p.m: “Hwy 101 [is now] open to one way controlled traffic…motorists should expect delays [as the] investigation and clean up continues,” stated Caltrans spokesperson, Betsy Totten.

According to CHP dispatch, a big rig is engulfed in flames near Benbow on Hwy 101 after a collision between a semi and another vehicle around 10:15 this morning.
