Eureka Police POPs Six in Union Street Dope Den Bust

From the Eureka Police Department:

On 12/02/14 at about 1:17 p.m., detectives from the Eureka Police Department Problem Oriented Policing Unit (POP) served a search warrant on the 3200 block of Union Street in response to numerous citizen complaints of excessive foot and vehicle traffic.

During the search, 8 subjects were contacted and 6 were arrested. 14.5 pounds of processed marijuana, 159 grams of hash, and 5.6 grams of Ecstasy were taken as evidence.

Charlotte Hudek 19, Kaili Rocha 19, Jerrod Matthews 20, all of Wisconsin, and Arbye Collier 24 of Pennsylvania were arrested for conspiracy to distribute marijuana and possession of a controlled substance for sale.

David Conway 29 of Eureka was arrested for conspiracy to distribute marijuana, possession of a controlled substance for sale, probation violation, giving a false name, and for an outstanding felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance for purpose of sale. David Cuevas 47 of Eureka was arrested for conspiracy to distribute marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and probation violation.
