Hungry LoCO fans — already shocked and appalled by the sudden closure of the beloved Loleta Bakery — also wanted to know what’s up with longtime Eureka dough slinger Big Louie’s Pizzeria. While we initially heard that the joint was temporarily shut down for repairs, it seems BL’s closure is of a more permanent nature, sadly. LoCO has a call out to Big Louie’s owner Harold Lawrence, but in the meantime we’ll share his Facebook explanation of the state of the pies:
