Several Outpost correspondents alert us to a fairly dramatic car crash near the corner of Harris and Dolbeer in Eureka, just up the street from St. Joseph Hospital, that happened about an hour ago.
Outpost contributor Mark McKenna, who was at the scene, tells us that at least two vehicles were involved, one of which was apparently full of Mormon missionaries. Two of the missionaries were transported to the hospital, McKenna writes, and the driver of another vehicle was being tested for DUI.
Harris Street was closed for half an hour or so, but was opened again at 3:30 p.m., according to the CHP dispatch center.
