According to Caltrans,

The southbound Tompkins Hill offramp (exit 698) near CR will be closed for routine maintenance between noon and 4 pm on Thursday, September 4. CR students and faculty can still access the campus by utilizing the Hookton Rd. offramp (exit 696) and detouring via Tompkins Hill Rd.
