LoCO readers across Humboldt report that they are without sweet, sweet electricity. PG&E’s Outage Map shows that they are responding to calls for service as far south as Honeydew and as far north as Orick with the largest pockets of powerless customers occurring in the Eel River Valley — mostly Loleta and Ferndale.

By our tally, over 1100 customers are without power. PG&E estimates they’ll have power back around 8:45 p.m.
