As numerous fires grow and concerns continue to mount, I grabbed a quick interview with Peggi Lawrence, media contact for Six Rivers National Forest.
Fire crews continue to pour in from around the nation to lend a hand in the multitude of fires caused by lightning that are plaguing Northern California. The fires around Ruth Lake continue to burn with very little containment. The focus on saving the vast number of structures in the area has made containment more difficult.
Lawrence also updates the status on all the other fires in our area.
