Fortuna Police Department press release:

On January 31st, 2015 at approximately 1104 pm officers with the Fortuna Police Department responded to the area of the 300 Block of North Fortuna Boulevard. Working on a tip from a concerned citizen advising that wanted escapee 20 year old Derek Ray Johnson was hiding in a trailer at that location. Officers responded and observed Johnson sitting inside the trailer. Johnson was ordered out of the trailer and was taken into custody without incident.
