Our water pressure is low— was just by japhy’s , big fountain of water — near hwy entrance — any news?

A little! As in: Just the below photo from Jason Cseh, Friend o’ LoCO and co-pastor of Arcata Catalyst Church, who reports that two police cars were at the scene moments ago. Cseh says that it looks as though someone plowed right through a hydrant and kept on going.
