In case you are wondering, Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office estimates the street value of the methamphetamine seized as being $129,000, as for the heroin seized, that’d be $254,000. HCSO press release below:

On November 3rd, 2015, agents with the Humboldt County Drug Task Force, assisted by agents with the Bureau of Land Management, served two Humboldt County Superior Court search warrants in Eureka, Fortuna and Rio Dell. Agents contacted Florencio Hernandez-Hernandez (Age 27), Cesar Licona-Carbajal (Age 22) and Alfredo Santos-Goyosso (Age 20). While serving the search warrants, agents discovered approximately 5.7 pounds of suspected black-tar heroin, approximately 5.5 pounds of suspected methamphetamine, packaging, approximately 7 pounds of lactose (a cutting agent for heroin) and digital scales. A large sum of US Currency and a vehicle were seized pending asset forfeiture proceedings.

Hernandez-Hernandez, Licona-Carbajal, and Santos-Goyosso were arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility for possession of methamphetamine and heroin for sales and conspiracy to commit a felony.
