Leesa Marie Lancaster, long-time resident of the Humboldt County area, passed away on September 9, 2015. Leesa was born on September 19, 1958 to Norma Davis and Buddy Lancaster in Garberville, California. Leesa attended South Fork High and McKinleyville High and she graduated from McKinleyville in 1977.

Leesa was preceded in passing by her father, Buddy Lancaster, her mother, Norma Davis, and her stepfather Fred Davis.

Leesa leaves behind her daughter and son-in-law, Bridget and Travis Chittenden of Hydesville; Heather and Dustin Chernoh of Ukiah; her grandchildren, Keith and Kalie Chittenden and Hailey and Dax Chernoh; her brother, Steve Lancaster, and sister, Angel Tramble; along with many extended family members and friends.

Leesa’s grandchildren were her pride and joy, and being their Nana brought her great happiness. Leesa is dearly missed by all of her family and friends, but she will forever be remembered by her beautiful radiant smile, her contagious laugh, and her loving heart.
