UPDATE, 12:55 p.m.: From Caltrans:

Northbound traffic is being diverted into one southbound lane while crews clear the scene, and traffic is now flowing in both directions without a detour.

Original Post: Scanner traffic indicates that emergency personnel are headed to a section of Highway 101 near Myers Flat on a report of a rollover accident. Initial reports suggest that this is a non-injury collision where at least some of the lanes are blocked by the wreckage. 

Caltrans says 101 is closed. Traffic is currently being rerouted through Avenue of the Giants and that there is no estimated time for the highway reopening.  

We will update when we have more information.
