Jerry A. Felthauser passed away peacefully on April 3, 2016, surrounded by family and friends.

He was born February 16, 1953 in Eureka, where he lived his entire life.

He was in the Marines in 1972 and received an honorable discharge. He was also a member of E Clampus Vitus Chapter 101.

He loved the outdoors and spending time at the family cabin at Howe Creek near Rio Dell. He had a great love for gardening.  In his travels while walking around he would pull weeds from people’s yards.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dude & Chris Felthauser, niece Amber Rieke and great-nephew Jessie James.

He leaves behind his longtime girlfriend Pattie Watkins of 30 years and his best friend Jake, his dog; his sisters #1 Judy and husband Norman, #2 Julie and husband Donald, #3 Janis and husband Jeff, #4 Joy and boyfriend Marvin; sister-in-law Pam and husband John; nieces and nephews Kim, Amy, Rhonda, Ronnie, Tiffanie, Jessica, Jeffery, Earl, Lorisha, and their families; also many friends he grew up with and the ones he met along the way.

There will be a friends & family get together at Samoa Cookhouse today, April 5, at 6 p.m. Everyone is welcome but needs to pay for their own dinner.
