Eureka Police Department press release: 

On August 4, 2016, at about 3:20 a.m., officers with the Eureka Police Department responded to a gas station on the 2100 block of 4th Street in Eureka for the report of an armed robbery that had just occurred.

The employee told officers that the suspect brandished a black handgun and demanded money.

The suspect then fled with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect was described as a white male, in his 20’s, medium build. He was described as wearing dark clothing, bandana over his face, and armed with a black handgun. The suspect is still outstanding.
