From the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office:

On Friday, December 2, 2016 at approximately 8:30 a.m. an anonymous person turned in a bag containing suspected methamphetamine to the Garberville Substation. The bag was found at the Patriot Gas Station in Cooks Valley.  No information was located to determine who the owner of the bag was.  There was a total of 59.2 grams of suspected methamphetamine in the bag.
