Eureka Police Department Twitterer-in-Chief Andy Mills alerts us all, below, that the charred RV skeleton left for ugly on the side of Broadway has left us, thanks to the towing efforts of Eel River Towing. We barely knew ye!
According to PIO Brittany Powell, EPD first received a call about subjects camping in the RV on June 13. Later, in the wee hours of June 23, Humboldt Bay Fire was called to extinguish the fully engulfed vehicle (no one was injured but the fire was deemed “suspicious”). Today, the RV left us.
Goodbye, burned RV.
(Also, Chief Mills would like you to note that country music acts Love and Theft and McKenna Faith will serenade you down at Bear River Casino on Aug. 12, should you be interested in that.)
