A two-car, hit-and-run crash closed both northbound lanes of Broadway Street in Eureka for nearly an hour this afternoon. 

A Eureka Police Department Officer confirmed on scene that the driver of the sedan fled on foot after the collision. 

Kym Kemp reports that the crash may have been intentional. However, officers on scene were unable to confirm of deny if that was the case. 

Traffic was backed up for about a quarter mile near Allard Avenue, as drivers were diverted through the middle turn lane.

No one was injured in the crash.

The driver of the Honda sedan fled after the collision.
