Clyde was born on January 5, 1925. The angels came and took him on April 23, 2016.

Clyde was born and raised in Welch, Oklahoma by his parents, Frank Alvin and Flossie Bell Broyles. Clyde join the Navy and was on the USS Boyle during World War 2.

In 1950 Clyde moved to Humboldt County became a carpenter and has been here ever since. Clyde loved to fish, camp and cut firewood. He also loved his garden and tinkering in his garage. Clyde was a very caring generous person and will be missed by all that had the privilege of knowing him.

He is preceded in death by his late wife Essie Broyles, his parents Franks and Flossie, siblings Reva, Mattie, George, Leslie and Joy. He is survived by his sister Dona, current wife of 16 years Connie Broyles, his son Vernon Broyles and wife Linda Broyles, his son Benny Broyles, and his son Danny Broyles and wife Helen Broyles; his grandchildren, Tiffany Land and her husband Ken, Angie Crandall and her husband Karl, Misty Broyles and Phillip Broyles; his great-grandchildren Kyler Griffith, Austin Crandall, Quest Crandall, Korbin Land and Konnor Land.

A grave side service will be held at Sunset Memorial Park on Thursday May 5th at 2 p.m.
