From the California Highway Patrol:

On the evening of Wednesday, May 4, a DUI driver rolled his vehicle after driving into the center median of US-101, south of Indianola Cutoff.

Just after 10:00p.m., 25 year old Max Nicholas Magnatta of Eureka was driving 2003 Toyota Highland northbound on US-101 while under the influence of alcohol.  Due to Magnatta’s level of alcohol impairment, he drove the Toyota off the roadway.  The vehicle overturned and came to rest on its passenger side.  Magnatta was not injured during the collision.  Magnatta was placed under arrest for Misdemeanor DUI and booked at the Humboldt County Jail.
