Stinnett

On 11/02/2016 at 3:10 p.m., Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office Deputies conducted a probation search at a residence in the 900 block of Locust Street, Garberville.  The search was in response to ongoing complaints of suspected narcotics activity at this residence. 
 
Deputies contacted the resident, Kelly Kirsten Winters (age 44), and searched her residence pursuant to her probation terms. Deputies located suspected methamphetamine, suspected heroin, digital scales, and other forms of drug paraphernalia inside Winters’ residence.  Also inside the residence Deputies contacted wanted felon Alex Reid Stinnett (age 28), who had an outstanding felony warrant for his arrest for drug related offenses.

Winters

Both Winters and Stinnett were transported to the Humboldt County Correctional Facility for booking.  Stinnett was booked on his warrant.  Winters was booked on charges of operating/maintaining a drug house, possession of suspected methamphetamine, possession of suspected heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of probation.
