Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office press release:
On Thursday, October 6, 2016, at about 12:37 a.m. Humboldt County Deputy Sheriff’s responded to Bear Paws Way, Loleta, for a report of stolen property. Deputies met with a male victim who told them he met two women earlier in the evening and invited them to his room. While in the room, the victim went to the restroom and when he came out the women were gone, along with his cell phones, laptop, and other items.
Deputies were able to track the cell phone to a residence on Alpha Street in Eureka. Deputies responded to the residence and caught 27 year old Sierra Lee Camilli and 29 year old Andrenia Elizabeth Rice with the stolen property. The property was returned to the victim, and Camilli and Rice were arrested.
Camilli and Rice were taken to the Humboldt County Correctional Facility where they were booked for grand theft and possession of stolen property. Their bail was set at $35,000.
