UPDATE, 1:34 p.m.: Scanner traffic indicates that the trapped subject was able to self extricate.

Emergency personnel are en route to a multi-vehicle collision blocking the intersection at H and Sixth streets in Eureka. One vehicle flipped onto its roof. Scanner traffic indicates that one person may require extrication.
