The Women’s March on Eureka saw an unprecedented turnout Saturday afternoon. 

Thousands of women, men, children and even pets came to march in solidarity with those across the country and in Washington D.C. protesting the presidency of Donald Trump.

They carried signs touting messages of women’s rights, equality, justice, respect, protecting the environment, affordable healthcare, and the support of Planned Parenthood, to name a few.

From “We will not be grabbed” to “We want to empower women to stand up and have a voice,” in this LoCO Video Report we talk to a dozen local citizens who give their heartfelt and deeply concerned reasons on why they marched.
