Dustin (Dusty) Trabue of McKinleyville unexpectedly left this earth on June 10, 2017. Dustin was born March 16, 1993. He attended McKinleyvile High School and graduated in 2011.

His first love was BMX. He also loved snowboarding and went where the snow was good. Landscaping and gardening brought out his creative side. He loved to build and work on their home with his father, Dale, to tinker with cars, motorcycles and rebuild anything.

He spent most of his young life playing sports – football, basketball and baseball. He was one of the “2004 Calif. Dist. 26 Little League Champions” with a great group of friends.

He was blessed with the greatest group of friends anyone could ever have. He is a Puyallup Native American of Washington. Dustin leaves behind his loving parents Sandra (Pete) and Dale Trabue, his big brother Dakotah of McKinleyville, aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.

His heart was big, his life was short and our son was a blessing for the short time he was here. His mom and dad would like to thank his friends, neighbors and the community for all of their love and support. He is in the arms of the angels now.

There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday June 17, 2017, from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Azalea Hall Pierson Park in McKinleyville.
