On 8-3-2018 at about 0030 hours, a CCPD Officer conducted a traffic

enforcement stop near 9th and H Street.
The passenger in the vehicle, Yvette Nelson was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

K9 Kai was deployed during the stop and alerted to the presence of narcotics in the vehicle.

A subsequent search led to the location of approximately 4.9 grams of suspected methamphetamine, approximately 2.4 grams of suspected heroin, packaging material, a scale, over $300.00 US currency, two loaded semi-automatic rifles with loaded high-capacity magazines. One of the rifles (AR-15 style) did not have a serial number. Officers also located suspected drug paraphernalia.

The driver, Roy Neal jr. (11-4-64) was arrested for possession and transportation of a controlled substance for sales, felon in possession of a firearm and other firearm and drug related charges.
