Eureka Police Department press release: 

On 12/4/18 at approximately 6:29 p.m., officers with the Eureka Police Department responded to the 1200 block of 11th Street for a report of a robbery.

The victim stated an unknown male entered the business and brandished a handgun at her while demanding money from the cash register. The male took an undisclosed amount of money and fled on foot northbound on M Street.

The suspect was described as a black or possibly dark complected Hispanic male, in his late 30’s to early 40’s, 6’0 tall with a thin build. The suspect was wearing a grey colored hat, black and grey colored windbreaker, blue jeans and grey and white colored shoes. The subject wore a black colored cloth on the lower half of his face during the robbery concealing his identity.

This is an ongoing investigation and updates shall be released when it becomes available.
