On Dec. 5, 2018, at about 11:56 p.m., the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Communications Center received the report of an armed robbery that had just occurred at a gas station on the 1600 block of Myrtle Ave. in Eureka.
According to the store clerk, a male suspect entered the business shortly before midnight. The suspect brandished a firearm and demanded cash from the register. The suspect then fled from the business with over $300 in cash.
The suspect is described as a white male adult, possibly in his 40’s, 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, with a thin build, wearing a blue bandanna on his face, a black sweatshirt and dark-colored baggy pants. The suspect was last seen fleeing eastbound on Myrtle Ave. on foot.
