(UPDATE: FOUND!) EPD Seeks Help Locating 83-Year-Old Eureka Woman Who Went Missing Early This Morning


UPDATE, 8:03 a.m.: Brittany Powell of the Eureka Police Department tells us that Albert has been found safe.

From the Eureka Police Department:

 

The Eureka Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 83 year old Eureka resident, Marylin Albert. Albert was last seen on February 6, 2018, at about 1:30 a.m. at her residence on the 2100 block of Everding Street in Eureka.

Albert is a white female with grey hair, hazel eyes, 5’3”, and approximately 195 pounds. Albert is believed to be driving a maroon 1994 Nissan Quest with California license plate 3JWB701. Albert suffers from a medical condition and may become disoriented.

A silver alert has been issued by the California Highway Patrol for the following Counties: Butte, Del Norte, Humboldt, Mendocino, Siskiyou, Tehama, and Trinity.
