Donna Jean Farfan, 57, died at 1;19 pm, Dec. 31, 2017.

Donna was born on April 17, 1960 in Denver. She graduated from Albuquerque High School in Albuquerque, N.M. and earned an Associate of Arts degree from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, Calif. She was a longtime resident in Humboldt County. She worked for the Salvation Army for many years, and most recently for Rite-Aide in Fortuna  for more than a decade.

Donna is survived by her mother, Joan J Craddock of Citrus Heights; brothers Rodger Craddock Jr. and his wife, Dena, of Coos Bay Ore. and Robert Craddock and his wife, Sondra, of Roseville; sister Darlene Stapleford and her husband, John, of Redmond Wash.; son Sgt. Allan Swanlund and wife, Ashley, of Fort Lewis, Wash.; daughter Sarah Swanlund of Fortuna; grandsons Wyatt French of Fortuna and Hunter Swanlund of Fort Lewis, Wash.; and numerous nephews and nieces. Donna was proceeded in death by her father, Rodger Craddock Sr.

A celebration of a life well lived will be held at the Fortuna Seventh-day Adventist Church in Fortuna on Jan. 13, 2018 beginning at 2:30 p.m. A memorial potluck will be held after the celebration of life service.
