Emergency personnel are at the scene of a two-vehicle collision near the corner of Harris and J streets in Eureka. Scanner traffic indicates that three people sustained minor injuries in the wreck. Two people were extricated from the overturned vehicle. 

Humboldt Bay Fire personnel (OK, and one Eureka Police Department officer) were able to flip the overturned vehicle back up onto its wheels with only the strength in their spines. 

No lanes are currently blocked. Traffic is flowing.
