From the Humboldt County Drug Task Force:
On May 30, 2018, Special Agents with the Humboldt County Drug Task Force served multiple warrants at various locations in Humboldt County. Based upon a month long investigation, Agents identified multiple narcotics dealers and secured arrest and search warrants. In total, approximately ½ pound of suspected methamphetamine and four firearms were seized during the investigation
At approximately 4:00 p.m., Agents contacted Charles Marcus Williams (age 46), Gayla Carol Judd (age 59), and Kerry Lorain Mcintyre (age 45), in the parking lot of a business located in the 2500 block of Harris Street, Eureka. All three subjects were involved in the transportation and delivery of a large amount of methamphetamine. Williams and Judd were placed under arrest for felony narcotics warrants, as well as fresh charges for transporting controlled substances and criminal conspiracy. Mcintyre was placed under arrest for transporting controlled substances and criminal conspiracy.
At approximately 4:45 p.m., Agents served a search warrant at a residence located in the 3000 block of Erie Street, Eureka. Agents contacted Benjamin Douglas Scott (age 57) exiting the residence. Scott was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and subsequently arrested for possession of a controlled substance and violation of probation.
At approximately 5:45 p.m., Agents served a search warrant at a residence located 2700 block of Central Avenue, McKinleyville. Agents contacted Timothy Ray Ratzlaff (age 52) and placed him under arrest for a felony narcotics warrant. At this residence, Agents located suspected methamphetamine and several firearms. Ratzlaff was also charged with possession of a controlled substance for sales, possession of firearms while in possession of narcotics, and maintaining and/or operating a drug house.
At approximately 8:00 p.m., Agents then served their final search warrant at a residence located in the 100 block of T-Bone Lane, Eureka. Agents contacted Gary Alan Corder (age 57) and placed him under arrest for a felony narcotics warrant. Corder was also found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
All suspects mentioned above were subsequently transported to the Humboldt County Correctional Facility for booking.
