Press release from the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office:
On Nov. 26, 2018, at about 3:30 a.m., the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Communications Center was notified of a burglary alarm at a gas station on the 1600 block of Myrtle Avenue.
When deputies arrived on scene, they found that the glass front door of the business had been smashed and an ATM machine inside had been pulled towards the door. According to the business owner, nothing appeared to have been stolen.
This incident is still under investigation. No suspect information is available at this time.
