Myriah Kendell - Rain Fournell
4/20/1993 - 10/09/2018

Myriah Fournell entered into life April 20, 1993, in Arcata, to Robinn Mcnertney Baird and Kenneth Fournell and stepfather Thomas Branham, Sr. Sadly, on Oct, 9, 2018, she left us to go on her new journey at the young age of 25, but she is not alone — she is with her beloved brothers, Terrance Davis and Darren Fournell; uncle Richard Jones and grandfather Terry Fournell, as well as many other family members watching over our loved ones.

Myriah leaves behind a huge family — mom Robinn and dad Kenneth, stepfather Thomas and her beautiful six-year-old daughter Rainbow Campbell; grandmothers Barbara Mcnertney and Shirley Corbin; nine sisters & six brothers, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Myriah was a proud member of the Yurok Tribe. She was a very bright young girl. Her daughter Rainbow was her pride and joy. Myriah was a firecracker at times, but she was also very generous. Myriah lived with the flow of life, never expected any more or any less. She had a heart of gold, as well as a smile and laugh that would light up the room. She never judged anyone — she was that person who would accept you for you and not what you have.

Myriah had a rough life growing up but that never stopped her from smiling and looking at the bright side of things. She was a social butterfly and made friends with anyone she talked to. Myriah always found happiness in her daughter, family and friends.

She will forever be missed and loved/ This is not goodbye, just until we meet again.

We will be having a Celebration of life for Myriah Saturday Oct. 20 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 3400 Erie St Eureka, at the Yurok Tribal Office. Anyone who knew her is more than welcome to join us.
