It’s hardly news to the Humboldters paying attention to their community that Betty Chinn lives her life on an entirely different plane of incredibleness than the rest of us. Still, sometimes it takes a fresh set of outsider eyeballs to remind us of the all the Chinn awesomeness that we could easily take for granted after all these years. 

“Oh, that’s right. Betty’s amazing.” 

As further confirmation, today we received a nicely packaged celebration of Chinn’s tireless, daily efforts to combat issues surrounding homelessness courtesy none other than CNN, who profiled Chinn as part of their long-running CNN Heroes series.
