On Aug. 31, 2018, deputies with Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office Special Services Division conducted a special operation to investigate ongoing trespass and theft violations at a business located on the 2500 block of Central Ave. in Mckinleyville.

While conducting the operation, deputies observed 31-year-old Preston Sam Stucki making unauthorized entrance onto the business’ property. Deputies contacted Stucki while he was unloading items from a trailer on the property. Stucki was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility on charges of trespassing and petty theft.
