It is with great sadness that the family/loved ones of Linda Lee Span (Daniels) announce her passing on Sunday July 28, 2019.
Linda was born on April 12, 1960 in Fort Bragg, California. She grew up in Mendocino and moved with her family to Eureka during the summer of 1967. Linda will be remembered for her witty sense of humor and for the loving child care she provided. She taught her niece and nephew to be kind, loving and empathetic. She was a devoted mom and auntie. As a young adult Linda was an amazing artist working in cross stitching, felt designs, and sewing clothes for her family. Linda spent many years volunteering in her son’s classrooms and worked/volunteered part time at Glen Paul Center. Linda enjoyed being on her father’s property and helping him saw up firewood. Later in life, Linda spent her summers at home creating a beautiful flower garden, coloring pictures, taking care of her cats, rooting for the Giants baseball team and the M&M race car.
Linda will be lovingly remembered by her granddaughters, Lily-Anne and Camellia Span (who brought a sparkle to her eyes), her niece Dorothy Gage (who loved her beyond bounds), her sister Robin (Brian) Gage, her niece Autumn Moulton, her sons Arron Daniels and Jesse Span, her nephews Preston and Curtis Daniels, and her great nieces and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her Father George Daniels, Mother Judy (Terry) Daniels, Husband Paul Span, Brother Leonard Daniels, Nephews Wiley Gage and Dillion Daniels.
