Humboldt County Drug Task Force press release:
On August 28th, 2019, special agents with the Humboldt County Drug Task Force (HCDTF) received
information on the whereabouts of wanted fugitive, Rodrigo Moreno Rios.
Rios was the primary suspect
of a Drug Trafficking Organization (DTO) that HCDTF disrupted in September, 2018. This DTO is believed
to have been operating in Humboldt County for several years and is responsible for the distribution of
multiple pounds of heroin in our communities. Rios avoided capture and a Ramey Warrant was issued
