The weather continues to play havoc with the College of the Redwoods sports teams’ schedules.
Both the softball and baseball teams have had their road games rained out this weekend, while Saturday’s two home basketball games have now been pushed back to Monday.
The softball team suffered a rainout for the second straight week, and has yet to play a game.
The Corsairs are now scheduled to open the season next Thursday at Foothill, weather permitting.
The baseball team has been lucky enough to get in 10 games so far, but suffered its first rainout of the season with the cancelation of a pair of weekend doubleheaders at Napa and Yuba.
The CR men are 1-9 on the season and will now try to snap an eight-game losing skid in their conference opening series at Butte next weekend.
Both CR basketball teams saw their home finale pushed back two days and will now host Lassen on Monday at 2 and 4 p.m.
