Born Clover Lynn Funk, July 16, 1949.

Daughter of Harold Funk and Laura Spencer Funk.

Sister of Rocco McReynolds, Greg McReynolds, Randy McReynolds. Mother of Jamie Lyn Cohoon and James St. Clair Mann. Grandmother of Jessica Brundle Lyn Dunbar and Geneveive Hope Cohoon and Gavin Mann, great-grandmother of Ben Dunbar and Wyatt Dunbar.

Clover was a beautiful and loving woman who could not give life an opportunity to show her the best there was to live. She worked hard, loved hard and lived hard. She fought a battle with addiction for nearly her whole life. That battle was lost on February 26, 2018. She beat cancer in the end, a hard-fought battle, but eventually addiction is what finally won.

Clover was a talented artist, music lover and a fantastic cook. She loved to share anything she had. She often gave away some of her most prized possessions to any person that might take a fancy. She loved to give of herself. She was elegant. She took great care to always look beautiful and well put together.

Clover worked in the casino industry for nearly 40 years. Most of those years were spent in Reno with a short stint in Biloxi, Mississippi, where she helped open a riverboat casino. In later years, Clover retired and became the care giver for her ill stepmother in Bend, Oregon. Clover moved to Rio Dell in 2013. She was able to purchase her own home in 2015 and lived there happily until her death in 2018.

Clover hated the rain. She missed the sunshine and snow. She always loved the heat and so Reno really would always be home to her.

Clover is survived by all who loved her and miss her every day.

Clover was my mom … and I loved her dearly. She will be missed beyond measure but is now truly at rest. I hope that you may have had an opportunity to know her.
