Janice graduated from Fortuna High School in 1970. Janice married the love of her life, Dan, and they lived in Laytonville. Janice loved the outdoors and loved to can all kinds of food. She was very generous with the food she canned to those around her. She also loved to fish - where there was a stream of water she would be there with a fishing pole in her hand. She also loved to abalone and enjoyed telling her story about how big they were. Janice loved to garden and had a beautiful flower garden. She loved her animals and they were lucky to have her! Janice would always light up a room when she entered it. She was always upbeat and happy and late for dinner. We will miss you Janice!
There will be a Celebration of Life at the Rio Dell Fire Hall on Saturday February 9th from 1-4 p.m.
