Five players had multiple hits for the Humboldt B52s in an 11-7 win over the Ukiah Hawks at Bomber Field on Saturday night.

Jeff Giacomini led a 15-hit team performance, finishing 3-for-5 with a home run, while Cody Banks 3-for-4 with a double.

Former Del Norte High standout Cole Harper also had a big night, finishing 2-for-2 with a home run and two walks, while Karter Koch and Tommy Gale each also had two hits.

Keegan Beebe got the win on the mound, improving to 4-0 on the summer.

Beebe tossed four innings, allowing two earned runs on six hits and striking out six.

The B52s improved to 22-10 and will play a rubber match with the Hawks on Sunday afternoon at 12:05 p.m.

The Crabs, meanwhile, won their eighth straight game on Saturday, beating the West Coast Kings 11-0 at the Arcata Ball Park.

Two local players had a big say in the win, including former Fortuna High and College of the Redwoods standout Kokko Figueiredo, who finished 3-for-4 with a double and a walk.

Former Eureka Logger Aidan Morris also had two hits for the Crabs, who improved to 25-13.

The two clubs close out a weekend series on Sunday at 12:30 p.m.
