Annabelle Roxanne Taylor was born April 15, 2013 and passed away July 21, 2019.
Annie enjoyed picking flowers, arts and crafts, swimming and spending time with family (especially cuddling with her dad, “Papa Bear”). She also loved doing everything and anything she could with her “aunties” Denia and Cooter. She was an enrolled member of the Hoopa Tribe and attended Hoopa Valley Elementary.
Annabelle is survived by her father Lawrence “Bill,” step mother Heather and siblings Tashina, Lawrence, Jude, Michael and Luke along with multiple aunties, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Radenia “Tootsie” and Larry “Suppy” Taylor, auntie Connie Taylor, uncles Henry “Doomie” Beck and Henry Mendoza and cousin Mark Nelson.
A wake will be held July 26, 2019 at the Bill Taylor residence on Shoemaker Road and funeral service July 27, 2019 at the Neighborhood Facility in Hoopa at 11 a.m. with reception to follow at the Hoopa Fire Hall.
Annabelle will be laid to rest at the Annabelle White Family Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Abraham Camez, Jose Pepe Euan, Harold Jones, Lawrence Taylor Jr, Leland and Raymond Moon, Frank Horne, William Beck, Robert Davis and Josh White. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael and Leonard Taylor, Jimmy and Kenick Sanders, Winterhawk McKinnon, Talon, Carter and Kaiden Beck, Kaewett and Nels Nelson, Lester “Man” White Jr, and Mike Conoboy.
The family would like to thank the Hoopa Volunteer Fire Department, Hoopa Ambulance, Hoopa Valley Tribe, Paul’s Chapel and apologize for anyone we may have missed.
