The Humboldt Crabs easily got the better of their local rivals on Tuesday night, running out to a 15-1 over the Humboldt B52s at the Arcata Ball Park.
The Crabs took a three-run lead in the bottom of the first inning and never looked back, adding two more in the fourth and five in the fifth to open up a 10-0 advantage.
The win was the third straight for the Crabs, giving them their longest winning streak of the season.
Vinny Bologna hit a home run and a double and was one of six Crabs players to finish with a pair of hits.
Damian Henderson continued to impress for the Crabs, finishing with a pair of doubles and four RBIs.
The Crabs, who improved to 9-10, out-hit the B52s 13-7.
Karter Koch had a big night in the loss, finishing 3-for-4.
Tyler Condie pitched six scoreless innings for the win, allowing five hits and two walks, while striking out five.
Tommy Gale took the loss, pitching four innings before giving way to Luis Pimentel.
The B52s, who had a three-game winning streak snapped, are now 10-7.
The two clubs will close out a two-game stand at the Arcata Ball Park on Wednesday night at 7 p.m.
