California Highway Patrol press release:

On June 6th, 2019, at approximately 1350 hours, Edward Andrews of Citrus Heights, CA. was driving his 2008 Harley Davidson Screaming Eagle 110 motorcycle northbound on US-101, just north of Cummings Road, within the number three lane. The number 3 lane was closed for approximately 20 minutes for emergency personnel to transport Andrews. Andrews was evaluated on scene and DUI did not appear to be a factor.
