Crystal
was born in Bakersfield to Aaron and Cindy Atkisson on June 21, 1985.
She passed March 12 at UCSF due to a brain aneurysm. She is survived
by her parents, sons Hunter and Rally, brother Robert Atkisson, and
numerous relatives in Bakersfield. She is preceded in death by her
grandmother.
Crystal attended Rio Elementary School and Fortuna High School. She enjoyed summer camping with friends at Swimmer’s Delight and Ruth Lake.
Crystal worked for Harry Harden at the “garbage company” for 11 years. She loved her job at NorCal Autobody working for Mike and Kevin. She particularly loved going on coffee runs.
Special thanks to loving friends, some of who traveled great distances to visit her in her last days.
Crystal was proud member of Fortuna Rotary and recently became a member of the Fortuna Planning Commission. Her community spirit and generosity continued even in death as a multiple organ donor.
