One person was killed and another injured during a violent marijuana sales transaction in Arcata Sunday night.
The shooting occurred around 10 p.m. near the intersection of Foster Avenue and Alliance Road. The suspect fled the scene and is still at-large as of Monday morning, according to the Arcata Police Department. He is described as a white male adult who was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and a green camouflage jacket. He is considered armed and dangerous.

Three victims were shot at by the suspect during a marijuana transaction. Two victims were struck by gunfire. One Mixed Race male deceased. One African-American Male sustained non life threatening gunshot wounds. One White Male shot at. Not struck.
