Press release from the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office:
On Nov. 4, 2019, at about 1:22 p.m. Humboldt County Sheriff’s deputies conducting an investigation in the Miranda area observed three suspicious subjects with firearms standing in the driveway of a residence on the 4200 block of Salmon Creek Road.
Deputies contacted the three subjects, later identified as Dale Dodge Baldridge, 42, Beau Arthur Benjamin, 30, and Timra Michelleann Cornelius, 28. Baldridge was found to have an active felony warrant for his arrest. Benjamin and Cornelius were found to be on formal felony probation.
During a search of Baldridge, deputies located heroin and various prescription medications. During a search of Cornelius, deputies located a stolen cell phone.
Deputies searched a vehicle associated with the three subjects and located three stolen firearms, a stolen credit card, and other stolen property. Deputies contacted the victim of the stolen credit card and learned that the victim’s keys had been stolen from her place of work earlier in the day. The victim was able to confirm that the firearms and other property belonged to her and had been stolen from her car and home.
Baldridge was arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility on charges of possession of stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance while armed, in addition to a felony warrant for Post Release Community Supervision revocation.
Benjamin was arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility on charges of possession of stolen property, felon in possession of a firearm, violation of probation and violation of Post Release Community Supervision.
Cornelius was arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility on charges of possession of stolen property, felon in possession of a firearm and violation of probation.
