Submitted photos – The Eureka boys celebrate their win at Trinity High

The Eureka Loggers continued their impressive season in cross country with another strong showing at the Trinity High Invitational in Weaverville on Friday.

The Eureka boys, who have been setting the pace in the H-DNL this fall, placed first out of 17 schools at the event.

The boys were led by Ian Bennett, who placed fourth.

The girls also had a big day, placing second in the team competition, led by KyleeAnna Zinc-Clinton in seventh. 

In the JV girls race Eureka’s Stasha Leonard placed third, while in the JV boys race, teammate Josh Sweet was fifth.
