The Arcata Tigers made it two for two in girls tennis on Saturday, sweeping Eureka 9-0 to go to 2-0 in H-DNL play.

No. 1 Keona Gutierrez, No. 2 Casey McAtasney and No. 3 Kendra Flint each won their singles matchups in straights sets, dropping just three games between them.

They defeated Eureka’s Lauren Albertini, Jem Mia and Kyra Dart, respectively.

Sydni Sobota, Simone Haggerty and Kyra Alway each also won their singles matches for Arcata. McAtasney and Makayla Bernald teamed up to win at No. 1 doubles, with Sobota and Flint winning at No. 2 doubles and Haggerty and  Alway wining at No. 3 doubles.

The Tigers play at St. Bernard’s on Thursday.
