Eleanor Machado was born March 5, 1937.
She was a resident of Arcata.
She taught business and English in Petaluma and in the Mojave desert.
She was a queen for the Portuguese Hall in Arcata.
She spoke clearly and cared about family and friends.
She is survived by her three brothers — Joe, Manuel and John, and one sister, Celeste Bruner. She is also survived by nieces Lena Rentz, Cheryl Quigley and Christina and Charlotte Machado and one nephew, Manny Machado, and her beloved cat, Princess, who she loved a lot.
